Solution Engineer (F/M)

Your responsibilities: • You directly interact with customers and partner companies, in the languages Polish and English, as a Customer project manager. • You will be responsible for the implementation of IoT products to enable individual customer requirements. • You support pre-sales and sales activities in collaboration with Sales Department. • You will be supporting the rollout process of applications for new clients. • You train users in using Diehl Metering software products. Our requirements: • You have an engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. • You have experience in software development, system design, troubleshooting, and optimizing technical solutions. • You can analyze customer requirements and support sales teams with technical presentations and pre-sales activities (PoCs). • You demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and documentation skills. • You are flexible and willing to travel to support customer projects.
